Link Passport provides the user with a web directory as well as other services ("Services") which may or may not be hosted on the LinkPassport.com website. By using the Link Passport website, you agree to all of the rules stated in the terms and conditions.

Advertisers

Advertising on Link Passport is done by means of a "pay-per-click" bidding process. When an advertiser adds their site to the Link Passport database, advertisers agree to pay Link Passport a pre-specified amount for each unique click sent to the advertiser's website. A unique visitor is defined as a visitor who has not visited the advertiser's website within a specific time period using the same advertising keyword link. Link Passport will put forth commercially reasonable technical efforts to make sure that traffic delivered to an advertiser's website is unique.

Link Passport has many partner websites ("Affiliates") that display results of Link Passport searches. Advertiser links may appear and be accessible on partner websites. In such situations, and unless specifically informed otherwise, all advertiser links displayed in other media will include the full title, description and link provided to Link Passport.

Link Passport reserves the right to remove any advertiser or website link at any time and for any reason. In the event that Link Passport removes an advertiser, all unspent funds will be returned to the advertiser. Reasons for removal may include, but are not limited to, sites promoting illegal materials, potentially infringing materials including trademark or copyright infringements, or racially or hate-motivated sites.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LINK PASSPORT DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Link Passport does not control the quality, safety or legality of results available through or on its advertisers Websites. We can also not be accountable for accuracy or legality of the content from those advertisers or any third parties (even if such content appears on the Services), or the availability or technical capabilities of their Web sites or links to those Web sites. Link Passport is not liable or responsible for content supplied by third parties, or for actions you might take in reliance on that content.

Nothing contained in any of the Services is a promise to sell a specific product for a specific price nor is it a promise that any advertiser will sell any product or service for any purpose or price on any terms. Link Passport does not guarantee the price, terms, product, availability and/or services offered by any advertiser. Link Passport does not guarantee time of account depletion or amount of return. All deposits are final and accounts will remain in a credit state until depleted unless all listings are rejected and or listing are not eligible to participate in Link Passports search engine.

Affiliates

Webmasters may join Link Passport as an 'affiliate' and are paid by Link Passport for advertising the Link Passport website and/or services. Payment will be made at most once per month at the request of the affiliate, and a minimum balance of $100 is required before an affiliate will be paid.

Affiliates located outside of the United States will only be paid by the service located at PayPal.com unless previous arrangements have been made, in writing, with Link Passport. It is an affiliate's responsibility to make sure that the PayPal services are available in their country. Any affiliate found to substantially defraud Link Passport intentionally through the use of automated, human, technological or other means (such as incentivising users to visit advertisers links) to falsely generate clicks, searches or page views, will immediately be removed from the Link Passport service, will forfeit all pending funds earned and will be required to return all previously paid disbursements.

Link Passport reserves the right to alter any affiliates payrate and or past earnings at any time.

The reports provided to our affiliates are estimations as several of our feed providers do not pass exact click prices in their query strings. We make our best assumptions based on historical data to establish a baseline for revenue, taking into account several factors including filtering done at the partner level. Link Passport is committed to paying our affiliates for clicks that we are paid for; subsequently Link Passport is not obligated for those clicks that we are not paid on.

Fraudulant activity will not be tolerated. All traffic must be relativeand proportionately equal to the rest of the partners traffic or your account will be terminated and your balance forfeited.Link Passport possesses a Fraud Protection Program and any partner who demonstrates any illicit activity will be promtly removed.
